China Blocks Access to Chinese Content on Israeli Website

Posted by Author on July 13, 2007

Internet users have been blocked by China government from accessing Chinese content on an Israel-based Web site, shvoong.com,  without reason, since the beginning of July, reported by Ha’aretz ( Israel) today.

Web pages being blocked are mostly literature contents.

A few day ago we have just learned that a British socio-economic news website China Development Brief, based in British,  was ordered by China to close on 4 July;

On the same day, 2 Tibetan Literary Websites based in China were also shutdown.

More and more incidents show China is not only blocking political and religion contents, but much wider including everything the authority thought is harmful to its image.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
